Getting Older

Funny when you're single that, as a woman, you never think twice about going to a doctor. We go - do we like it? No, but we go nonetheless. Is it the same for men? NOPE! I never really thought much about it, but until you try to convince your husband to go the doctor, you'll discover that they'd rather eat lead than go the doctor for any reason. Any one have any advice on how to convince your hubby to get that check up???

THIS IS MY HUSBAND. Growing up my family always went to the doctor once a year, dentist twice a year and the eye doctor once a year. My husband hasn't been to the dentist in SIX YEARS!! So I dragged him to his first eye doctor appointment in 10 years the other day. And I do mean drag. Kicking and screaming. But it's for his own good! I'm making sure this man lives forever!
