We are excited for the January release of Bride Wars with Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway! While we hope two best friends wouldn't let their venue come between their long standing friendship, we can't wait to see these two go at it in this flick! Do you see yourself pulling some of the same pranks as Liv or Emma? Check out the official site to find out if you are more like Liv or Emma. The quiz says I'm more like Liv, which I'd have to agree. Sex Is Here!

Alright Ladies! Tomorrow is the big day...the release of Sex and the City movie. While there is so much anticipation and excitement around the big debut from the ladies, the men are baffled. The best way that I can explain it...most of us recognize our friends and ourselves in Carrie, Samantha, Miranda or Charlotte (minus the never ending supply of Manolos ;)). It's like an exaggerated version of our lives on the big screen that we just can't miss!

The idea of Carrie and Mr. Big marrying after years of turmoil and uncertainty is relatable to so many. Get your cosmos prepped, your best heels out, your fashion forward outfit on and get your tickets to the second biggest event of the year... next to your Big day!

My Big Fat Favorite Wedding Movies

I heart wedding movies. LOVE, LUV, LURVE them. So here is a list of what I think is the best and most inspirational wedding movies. Please VOTE on yours - see voting box on the left column of the blog!

1. My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Obviously. I must admit that at times I felt like Tula. And not just because I would be the girl to drop kick herself to the floor with her earpiece.

2. The Wedding Planner. I'm that type of planner. There are charts and sheets and excel sheets. Yes. I'm Type A and totally proud of it. Plus it's funny.

3. Father of the Bride (1991 version with Steve Martin). I am a daddy's girl. THROUGH AND THROUGH. So to see it through Daddy's eyes was cool. Especially if the very funny Steve Martin is Daddy.

4. Runaway Bride. I feel connected to this movie. There were times I felt like Julia. Until I met Hubby. And then it was the Richard Gere feeling all the way.

5. My Best Friend's Wedding. Okay, so I know that's two Julia movies in a row, but hey! I related. This movie came out during a time that I thought I was head over heels in love with my (at the time) best boy. So of course. Plus it reminds me of college.

6. The Wedding Singer. Because I truly believe that EVERYONE should have all 80's music played at their wedding. Plus it has Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. What more do you want?

7. Sweet Home Alabama. So this movie isn't ALL about wedding planning but I LOVE her almost wedding at the end!

Dresses, dresses, dresses! 27 to be exact!

I am so, so, SO excited about this movie! I am especially thrilled to see the dresses because I think they are, for the most part, supposed to be hideous! Ugly dresses make me laugh. So for your viewing pleasure. . .the ugly bridesmaid dresses. PLEASE. Don't do this at home.
