Trend - Steal A Moment

Seeing each other before the wedding for photos is a great trend! The trend of waiting for the groom to see the bride for the first time coming down the aisle was actually a custom in arranged marriages. It was so he wouldn’t have time to run! Your photographer can arrange that special moment for the two of you. Your make up and hair are fresh for the most important photos and you can join the reception much sooner than you would be able to if you had to do all of the photos after the ceremony.

This was the BEST decision I made in wedding planning. We had a planned first sighting with our photographers and now I can see the joy on our faces daily in the pictures. Plus it really helped take the pressure off us as far as rushing to take pictures after the ceremony. And it helped ease both of our nerves.

I couldn't imagine my wedding day playing out any other way. We always knew we wanted to see each other before the ceremony, and our photographer (MemoryJournalists) facilitated the most perfect first sighting! It was so comforting to have my best friend with me before one of the biggest moments of my life.
