Tip - Keep the Bubbly Bountiful

Everyone loves champagne at a wedding! Often champagne is only offered for the toast, but, a single glass per person is never enough. Consider cutting back in another area to offer champagne throughout the reception. It encompasses the entire thought of celebration.
Ask your friends, if they would rather have two white wine or red wine options, or would they rather have one of each and champagne? My guess is champagne will win hands down!

There are a lot of mixed feelings on champaign. (Some love it, other just don't see the point.) At home we did an unscientific blind test one night with a couple of friends. We tried the following sparkling wines Piper Sonoma Brut ($12.99)
Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label ($38.99)
Zefiro Prosecco ($13.99)
Cristalino Cava Brut ($7.99).

Who would have guessed that the Cristalino Cava was a sweeping favorite!

With a very affordable, and tasty, option your guests can go crazy! (Just make sure they've got a designated driver or close hotel!)
