For those of us that love chocolate, fall and wintertime are a great time to share this comforting sweetness in mixed drinks at your wedding.Mayan Chocolate Dream
Dip a martini glass with a damp rim into a tray of McCormick Cocoa Chile Blend. Place McCormick Cocoa Chile Blend on a plate. Shake 2.5 oz. of Starbucks Cream Liqueur, 2 oz. Cask & Cream Chocolate Temptation and 1/2 tsp. of ground cinammon. Shake well and strain into a prepared martini glass.
Double Chocolate Raspberry Truffle
Pour 1 oz. of Chambord into a martini glass. Pour 1 oz. Cask & Cream Chocolate Temptation very slowly on top of the Chambord over the back of a spoon. Combine 1 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur with 1/2 oz. vodka in a small measuring cup or glass; pour mixture over the back of a spoon using the same method.
Chocolate Dipped Banana
Shake 2 oz. Malibu Banana Rum and 1.5 oz. Cask & Cream Chocolate Temptation or Godiva with ice; strain into a martini glass.
German Chocolate Cake
Pour 3 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur in a glass. Pour 1 oz. half & half very slowly over the back of a spoon just touching the inside of your glass, taking care not to move the glass. Pour 1.5 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum over the back of a spoon, using the same method.
*If you have a hard time finding a specific liqueur, don't hesitate asking a bartender or a representative at a retail alcohol location.
