“Recreate your First Date”Think back to your first date – the laughter, the butterflies. After the wedding and after the honeymoon period, life is bound to settle into more of a routine. This should be welcomed, as it means you are succeeding in melding your lives. The trick is then to keep romance alive. Set aside an evening to recreate your first date-- down to the last details. This is sure to take you back in time and enjoy some of your first few moments together.
To make it extra special, surprise your spouse with the outing. You make the plans and let him enjoy your handywork. Maybe it will inspire him to return the favor!

This sounds like such a wonderful idea! My first date with my husband was a whopping 13 hour event! I'm lucky to get him for an evening these days, but an abreviated version would be wonderful. (We went wine tasting in the El Dorado foothills and finished the evening with a wine dinner.)
I LOVE this idea! If only we still lived in the same town as our first date!
