Keep in mind your overall design concept when ordering table cards. Decide whether you need a tent table card or (if you are using holders) a panel table card. Size is an important factor - make sure the text/design is legible but does not overpower the table decor. Generally, I do not recommend cards larger than 5x7 - if you are having an exceptionally large reception (over 500 guests) a 6x9 card may be appropriate. Another thing to consider is making your reception table cards double sided - so that guests can see table names/numbers from every angle. Whatever you can do to allow guests to find their seats swiftly and without complication will enhance the overall flow of your reception.Tip provided by Stephanie J Designs
