While you may realize the importance of including children in your wedding ceremony, know that participation on the big day may not go as planned. It may be ideal to have the children walk down together, if you're unsure how one may react during the long walk down the aisle. Another idea is to tell them ahead of time that there's a treat waiting for them at the end of that long walk, something that's quiet and keeps them occupied during the ceremony.
