Tip - Ceremony Sound

If you are holding your ceremony at an outdoor venue, make sure to take into consideration the number of guests invited and how they will be seated. A few things to keep in mind:
1. Try not to place any guests directly behind where your bridal party will stand, people want to be able to see and hear you.
2. If you're not planning to have a DJ play your ceremony music, be sure to consider if you, your fiance and officiant should be miked. It's really a personal preference and you can ask your officiant to walk around during their introduction, which engages the guests.
3. Be sure to take note of any ambient noise that could be distracting during the ceremony and discuss ways to address it with your DJ or event coordinator.
