See Each Other BEFORE the I Do’s! - There is NOTHING traditional about not seeing your beloved BEFORE the walk down the aisle. It’s superstition more than anything else. A smart bride should put those silly notions behind her and think more about what’s best for the wedding day, and for her and her groom. Seeing each other before the wedding is a great way to get rid of the jitters and make some beautiful memories not to mention some photographs that are emotional and timeless. As a photographer, there is nothing worse than having a couple see each other for the first time from opposite ends of an aisle surrounded by tons of onlookers. Make your first look at each other a romantic time for just the two of you… and your photographer. After you’ve seen each other, the bulk of your couple and family pictures can be taken before your guests arrive; freeing you up to mingle with your guests during the cocktail hour instead of hanging out with your photographer because no matter how cool they are, your guests are cooler! Plus, seeing each other before the walk down the aisle will actually help you remember your ceremony better! It’s a win-win-win situation.

BEST choice we made for our wedding! Seeing each other before the wedding really helped us calm down and really be present in the moment of our ceremony.
