Tip - Prep Your Bar

Some venues are not already set up with a bar and will require you to completely stock your bar. If you are responsible for providing liquor, beer, champagne, etc. for the bar at your reception, be sure to have an ample supply and back up plan for all possible scenarios. Here are a few key questions you need to ask.Where is ice coming from?
If you run out of soft or alcoholic beverages, where will you get more and who will go?
If using a jockey box for beer, where will you get more Co2 if you run out?
Make sure you have more glasses available than guests you think will drink. Assume that guests could set down their glass and there could be breakage.
